Preparation :
Sauce preparation: In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, red chili flakes and cornstarch. Set aside.
Cooking broccoli: Blanch the broccoli for 30 seconds in boiling water, then drain and rinse with cold water.
Searing: Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the mushrooms and cook until they release their water and begin to brown.
Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add the broccoli and stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add the sauce: pour it over the vegetables and stir constantly until it thickens.
Serve immediately after removing from the heat.
